Our roofers are scheduled to inspect the roof the same day as you are having other inspections such as home and termite done, making it easy to obtain information about the property quickly.

Communication between inspectors helps address issues more quickly, saving you time. For example, the roofer can address a hidden roof leak causing dry rot which was noted in the termite inspection. This would normally require a second visit by the roofer, with delays of 1 to 3 days.
